Led by EFT Master Trainer Ashley Meyer, learn EFT across six days of progressive training. Build solid foundations, deepen your therapeutic skills, and learn how to integrate tapping into clinical practice.
This six day training provides practitioners with the technical skill and clinical understanding needed to use Emotional Freedom Techniques in a safe, effective, and therapeutically grounded way.
Rooted in both energy psychology and contemporary psychotherapy, the course supports practitioners to help clients regulate emotion, release distress, and process traumatic material with care and precision.
Across three progressive modules, you will build from foundational EFT skills to advanced application and full clinical integration:
EFT Level I (2 days)
Learn the essentials of EFT, including tapping sequences, the theory of energy disruption, and core protocols for emotional regulation and trauma work.
EFT Level II (2 days)
Develop confidence in working with more complex presentations. You will learn how to identify core issues, track client process, and support deeper, long-term change through skilful EFT application.
Clinical Integration (2 days)
Unique to The Grove, this module focuses on weaving EFT into your existing therapeutic orientation. Explore how tapping can be used within relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed practice while maintaining clear boundaries and professional ethics.
Throughout the training, EFT master trainer Ashley Meyer offers a clear and compassionate introduction to EFT as a simple yet powerful method that combines elements of cognitive therapy with acupressure-based tapping. EFT has gained international recognition as a gentle and effective approach for anxiety, trauma, phobias, pain, and self-limiting beliefs by calming the stress response and supporting emotional resolution.
Participants who complete all six days will receive a CPD Certificate of Attendance in EFT Training to Level II standard from The Grove.
