Every individual with ADHD has a unique ‘signature’ – a distinct pattern of strengths, challenges, and ways of processing the world. Recognising and working with this personal ADHD signature can transform both self-understanding and therapeutic outcomes. In this 60-minute session, Dr James Kustow, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Robert Rees, Psychotherapist and Director of The Grove Practice, explore how to help clients harness their neurodiverse minds with greater clarity and compassion.
Drawing on clinical experience and embodied approaches, they’ll introduce practical tools for:
Understanding the ADHD signature – how symptoms express uniquely in each person Supporting clients to regulate emotion and attention through nervous system awareness.
Reframing ADHD traits as adaptive strategies rather than deficits Integrating coaching, somatic, and psychotherapeutic methods for lasting change.
Whether you’re a therapist, coach, or simply curious about a more holistic approach to ADHD, this conversation offers both insight and practical guidance.
You’ll leave with actionable strategies to help clients move from overwhelm to alignment – and a deeper appreciation of ADHD as not just a challenge, but a powerful expression of human diversity.
