I’m an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor accredited by the UKCP, which means that I use a variety of theoretical approaches to best fit your individual needs.
I understand that the decision to seek counselling can be daunting, and it’s normal to feel unsure or hesitant. Seeking help is a brave and courageous step. You may be struggling with difficult emotions or relationships, or just feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Whatever the reason, I’m here to help you navigate these struggles with compassion and understanding.
In our sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and confidential space. We’ll work together to explore your experiences, gain insights into your behaviours, and build greater self-awareness.
Overall, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to be yourself and work through whatever’s been holding you back. My credentials include an Advanced Diploma and BSc in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Middlesex University, several years of clinical experience at MIND Norfolk, as well as supporting bereaved clients and those living with terminal illness at St Nicholas’ Hospice, Bury St Edmunds.
Join renowned therapists Nick Totton and Robert Rees for The Wildness of the Body, Part 2— a thought-provoking exploration of how embodied wildness and our connection to the body shape healing and relational psychotherapy.
