I am a qualified therapist and counsellor working with individuals and couples. My practice is informed by an integrative and relational approach, with a particular interest in psychodynamic therapy, exploring how childhood experiences and our past can influence present-day relationships, emotions, and behaviours. I also work with issues including relationship difficulties, attachment, self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have experience supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Alongside my private practice, I provide clinical supervision and support both qualified therapists and trainees in their professional development.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (Membership No. 407704).
Additional qualifications and training include clinical supervision, couples therapy, and specialist training in Walk and Talk Therapy. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains informed, ethical, and effective.
