I am a counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in work with couples, families, and relational systems. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in accordance with its Ethical Framework and prioritise a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can explore challenges, strengthen communication, and develop healthier patterns of relating.
My practice is grounded in postgraduate training up to master’s degree level, with a particular focus on relational theory, systemic thinking, and contemporary approaches to addressing interpersonal conflict and emotional regulation. I support clients with a wide range of relational concerns, including recurring patterns of disagreement, intimacy and attachment difficulties, life transitions, and the relational impact of stress or trauma.
Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as the Clinical Services Manager for a counselling charity, where I oversee service delivery, quality assurance, and practitioner development. This role further informs my commitment to safe, ethical, and reflective therapeutic work.
I work with couples and families from diverse backgrounds, drawing on systemic, psychodynamic, and humanistic principles to tailor therapy to each client’s needs. I remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure clients receive effective, evidence-informed support.
