A qualified and experienced CBT therapist, I specialise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). This therapy is grounded in the idea that people generally want to do well in life, however, sometimes irrational or unhelpful thinking can get in the way and stop us from achieving our goals. With this in mind, REBT is a practical and action-orientated approach to dealing with cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As you learn new techniques to help you work through any distress you may have, you will find ways of being able to do more of the things you like.
