Our relationships shape so much of how we experience life – our relationships with others, but also the relationship we have with ourselves. When things become difficult, it can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure how to move forward.
I work with adults and couples, offering a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to make sense of what’s happening. Rather than beginning with a particular technique, I begin by getting to know you. I’m interested in who you are, what has shaped you, the patterns you may find yourself repeating, and what you hope might feel different.
For couples, this might mean understanding how you have become stuck in familiar patterns, finding ways to communicate differently, rebuilding connection, or working through uncertainty together. Individually, we might explore relationships, loss, anxiety, life changes, neurodivergence or experiences from the past that continue to affect you now.
My background in theatre and teaching has shaped the curiosity and creativity I bring to my work. Therapy can involve difficult conversations, but there can also be room for humour, hope and discovering new possibilities.
