I offer both long and short-term counselling led by your aims for therapy.
The things that bring people to counselling are wide and varied, and I will work with you, rather than your ‘problem’.
I frequently work with people that are struggling with issues such as bereavement & loss; life-stage changes; family or relationship problems; low self-esteem; depression & anxiety; employment matters, and anger management difficulties.
As an integrative therapist, my approach is tailored to your individual needs. This allows me to adapt our sessions to your preferences, so that the time we have together is used in the most effective way possible. The focus for sessions and the depth that we work at will be led by your aims for therapy.
For therapists and student counsellors, I also offer 1-2-1supervision, operating from an integrative model, strongly based in a relational approach.
Attention to Shohet & Hawkins’ 7-eyed model creates space for the different lenses that we can view therapy through.
I work with individuals aged 18 and over, both in-person and online.
Drop me an email if you’d like to arrange a free 15 minute call to see if I’m the right fit for you.
