I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist offering confidential therapy for individuals and couples in Liverpool and online across the UK and internationally. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, combining space for deeper understanding with practical support for navigating emotional difficulties, relationships and life transitions.
I work with adults and couples, integrating Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches according to the needs of each client. I have undertaken additional specialist training in relationship and couples therapy through COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), supporting my work with couples and relationship difficulties.
My areas of particular interest and experience include anxiety, grief and bereavement, burnout and work-related pressure, self-worth and confidence, relationship difficulties, identity and life transitions, and supporting professionals, creatives and people working in high-pressure or public-facing roles.
I also have a particular interest in women’s wellbeing, including fertility and reproductive challenges, pregnancy and baby loss, menopause, motherhood, changing identity and significant life transitions.
Alongside my private practice, I work in workplace wellbeing and bereavement, delivering psychologically informed training, consultancy and organisational support. I am also a Registered Practitioner with the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM), reflecting my particular interest in supporting people working within performing arts and creative industries.
