Practitioner Statement

I support adults and children with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and past trauma, including attachment trauma. I have a special interest, and experience working with adult late diagnosed autism and ADHD. I am currently offering online sessions which allows people to find me for my expertise rather than location. I also work remotely in Europe. I am an accredited BACP Integrative counsellor and have completed further study in Child and Adolescent therapy, DBT skills, Emotional Regulation, and a range of trainings covering ASD, disordered eating and dissociative identity disorder. I have also completed an equine assisted coaching diploma.
