I hold certificates in Counselling, Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST), Relational Life Therapy (RLT – Couples Therapy), and Psychosexual Therapy, and I have a master’s degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology.
I am both UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) registered and accredited, fully insured and my work is governed by their code of ethics and standards of practice.
My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, compassion-based and draws on current neuroscience research findings.
