Welcome.

You may have found your way here because something in your relationship feels out of sync, stuck, or emotionally distant. Whether you’re navigating recurring conflicts, communication struggles, a recent rupture, or simply longing to feel closer again—couples therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

I offer a calm and compassionate environment where both partners can feel heard, respected, and understood. My role is to support you in exploring what’s going on beneath the surface—patterns that may be keeping you apart, unspoken needs, or emotional wounds that haven’t had space to heal.

As an integrative therapist, I tailor the work to fit your unique dynamic. We’ll look at how you relate to each other, uncover old habits that may no longer serve you, and gently build new ways of being together—with more honesty, empathy, and resilience.
