You may be feeling stuck, low, or overwhelmed, and looking for a safe place to talk things through. Perhaps you’re facing challenges in your relationships, navigating work or life transitions, or questioning aspects of your identity. Whatever has brought you here, counselling can provide space to make sense of your experiences, build resilience, and begin moving towards the change you want for yourself.
My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I see you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in uncovering your strengths and developing new ways to cope, grow, and heal. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and this flexible way of working means we can adapt as your goals evolve, keeping counselling personal and meaningful.
I also offer relationship counselling for couples, friends, and business partners. These sessions provide a supportive space to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen understanding – helping you to build healthier and more fulfilling connections.
Central to my practice is a commitment to difference and diversity. I recognise the impact of intersectionality — the way overlapping identities such as race, gender, sexuality, class, and disability shape each person’s lived experience. I work with cultural humility and inclusivity, aiming to create an affirming space where all clients feel seen, respected, and valued, irrespective of their gender, sexuality or relationship styles.
I offer an initial consultation where we can talk about what brings you to counselling and whether working together feels like a good fit.
