I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Relational Coach, MBACP registered, working with adults, couples, families, and young people (11–17). I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MSc in Psychodynamic Studies, and my practice is informed by psychodynamic, relational, existential, attachment-based, and systemic approaches.
I support clients presenting with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflict, infidelity, grief and loss, identity issues, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I have particular experience working with relational trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional regulation, and complex family dynamics. With young people, I work around peer relationships, academic stress, emotional wellbeing, and identity development, offering a supportive and developmentally attuned therapeutic space.
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and compassionate, integrating depth-oriented exploration with practical, tailored interventions. I aim to help clients develop greater insight, emotional resilience, and agency in their relationships and lives.
I am committed to ethical practice and ongoing professional development. I am currently undertaking specialist couples counselling training with The Grove and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, supported by regular clinical supervision.
