Hi, I am Deborah, a trauma‑informed integrative therapist, personal growth coach, clinical supervisor, and Designated Safeguarding Lead with over 20 years of experience in the fields of abuse and trauma. My practice is grounded in compassion, transparency, and a strengths‑based philosophy that honours each person’s story while offering practical, evidence‑based pathways forward.
I specialise in working with adults, children, and young people, supporting them through grief, trauma, and emotional transitions. My therapeutic approach blends integrative methods with empathy and clarity, enabling clients and families to gain actionable insights and sustainable strategies for wellbeing. Alongside therapy, I provide clinical supervision for practitioners, fostering reflective practice, resilience, and ethical growth.
My qualifications include a European Diploma in Integrative Counselling, a Certificate in Trauma Practice, and Level 5 Counselling Children & Young People. I also hold a Practitioner’s Certification in Coaching, a Masters in Coaching, and I am currently completing a Masters in NLP Coaching. These achievements reflect my commitment to rigorous professional training and my dedication to integrating therapeutic and coaching approaches for the benefit of clients.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Fellow Member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), and a member of the Association for Coaches.
