I am a qualified counsellor with a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a British Psychological Society Approved Certificate in Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (which incorporates therapies such as: Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness) and a COSRT Approved Certificate in Working with Couples and Other Relationships.

I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (‘Accreditation is a higher quality standard for more experienced members of the BACP’).

I offer individual counselling for adults 18+, as well as couples counselling.
