I am a BACP registered therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people find their way, their joy and their freedom from painful past experiences.
In our sessions, we will work together to raise your self-awareness, increasing your understanding of yourself and your processes to identify where behaviour was learnt, how it impacts you now and how to let go of the narratives that no longer serve you, enabling you to meet the world as your authentic self on your terms whilst managing its impact on you and breaking negative cycles.
By pulling from a wide range of training and personal experience, I will tailor support to your needs, whether your issues are linked to anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, self-harm, race, abuse, anger, disability, addiction, discrimination, neurodivergence, work-related issues, low self-esteem or bereavement and grief, you can feel safe to explore all aspects of yourself with me holistically. I will create a non-judgmental safe space for you to bring your whole self into.
My initial training was in psychodynamics, I then studied Gestalt and through years of continued professional development I have integrated many other theoretical perspectives into my practice, including CBT, ACT and somatic therapy. I am currently working on clinical trials for psychedelic-assisted therapy.
I welcome people from all walks of life, all cultures, all belief systems, all the many genders and those from the LGBTQIA+ community.
