Sometimes life throws up challenges that are too hard to cope with alone and therapy provides a safe and confidential place to work through those challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem or relationship problems, working with a trained therapist can help. I work with individuals and couples in person and online. I am trained as an integrative counsellor, so I use a range of counselling techniques according to your situation and needs.
There is no set formula for therapy but by talking through your issues in a non-judgemental space, you can gain more clarity on how you’re (both) feeling and why. We will look at your history and gradually start to identify patterns of being and relating to understand why you are feeling and reacting how you do. With this new self-knowledge and insight, we can identify new ways of being that are more helpful and appropriate.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School and a Certificate in Couples/Relationship Therapy from The Grove.
