Join Ruthie Smith and Robert for a 90-minute workshop exploring the transformative field of Energy Psychotherapy. Drawing from ideas in Energy, Soul Connecting and Awakening Consciousness: Psychotherapy in a New Paradigm (Karnak 2024), this talk introduces an innovative approach to psychotherapy that integrates body, mind, and energy alongside traditional talking therapy.

As our planet undergoes a shift in consciousness, this paradigm offers empowering, self-applied energy psychology methods that clear trauma and dense frequencies, creating space for healing and transformation. Key topics include:

• The Consciousness Shift: From ego-driven 3D to heart-based 5D quantum consciousness, using higher consciousness to heal our everyday reality.
• The BodyMindEnergy System: Working with meridians, chakras, and thoughtfields to bring healing through subtle energy.
• Vibrational Reality: Understanding emotions through energy and frequency, and how raising our vibration leads to greater well-being.
