I offer a warm, reflective, and supportive therapeutic space for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling with relationships, identity, or periods of change. My work is grounded in the belief that present-day difficulties are often shaped by earlier life experiences, and that developing self-awareness can support meaningful and lasting change.

I work with a wide range of presenting issues, with particular interest in parenting (including lone-parenting, step-parenting, and parenting neurodiverse or SEN children), neurodiversity (including ADHD and Autism, and those seeking a later-life diagnosis), addictions and substance use, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work-related stress and burnout, and major life transitions such as bereavement, menopause, relocation, or career change.

My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic theory, alongside mindfulness and body-based practices. Therapy is tailored to each individual and offered at a depth and pace that feels right, either short-term or open-ended, online or in person.

I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have undertaken further specialist training in working therapeutically with adults with ADHD, embodied and somatic practice, mindfulness and compassion, and Sleep Recovery.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
