I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you start to look for a therapist and I aim to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space for you to talk to someone who really listens to your concerns – bereavement and loss, anxiety or stress, relationship or sexual problems, trauma or perhaps just a general feeling that you need help in making changes in your life.
I trained originally as an Integrative Body Psychotherapist, which means that I have a solid training in general psychotherapy, but that I also focus on how our minds and bodies work together in creating our feelings and the way we experience life.
I’ve also had further training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and in Somatic Trauma Therapy.
I’ve worked for about 15 years in private practice and in a charity counselling centre in inner London, so I’ve had experience working with a wide range of people and their issues.
I would suggest that we have a phone call, online session or short meeting for me to hear what’s been going on for you, and for us both to get a sense of whether we would work well together – I look forward to meeting you!
