Cristina is a psychodynamic psychotherapist specialising in working with adults couple and young people impacted by development trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment difficulties. She is particularly interested in systemic and relational approaches to addressing trauma and relationship challenges. Cristina has provided therapeutic support to foster and adoptive families and has collaborated with institutions such as the NHS, University of Hertfordshire, CARIS Bereavement Service and various charities across the UK. Cristina’s therapeutic style is psychodynamic relational, which entails delving into the unconscious to collaboratively explore how past experiences have shaped clients and how these influences manifest in their current behaviours. Cristina offers various modalities of therapy to suit different client needs, including longterm psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and group therapy.
