Practitioner Statement

I am a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with individuals and couples (or other relationships) in SW London. I am empathic, kind and warm but may gently challenge clients if that feels appropriate. I aim to provide a safe space for individuals or others to explore themselves especially in relation to others. I believe the quality of the client/therapist relationship is crucial to the healing rather than necessarily ‘which type’ of therapy.

I sometimes prefer to see clients in-person but can be flexible and offer online sessions as well.

I also hold a Certificate in Counselling Supervision and supervise both qualified and trainee therapists.
