Karolina Olofsson

I am a registered psychotherapist committed to offer a high standard of professional and compassionate therapeutic care. I work with individuals and couples and take a collaborative and integrative approach inspired by trauma, existential and acceptance and commitment focused therapies. I am also trained in psychosexual therapy and have an MSc in Psychology. I am currently completing a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology estimated to finish in 2024.

I offer personalised care that is centred around your experiences and tailor therapy based on your clinical and personal needs. I adopt a holistic and grounded approach to provide a safe space for psychological treatment, therapeutic process and personal growth. I help clients address mental and emotional challenges, questions of existence and specific psychological issues when working with trauma, couples/relationships, self-esteem and identity issues.
