I am a HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I work with neurodivergent adolescents (from age 14) through to adulthood, supporting individuals across the lifespan with a range of life challenges and mental health difficulties.
My clinical work includes supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties, as well as working with individuals with learning disabilities. I have experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic assessments, and providing clear, evidence-based formulations to guide intervention.
I have undertaken further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing me to tailor my approach to the individual. I also bring an understanding of forensic contexts where relevant, supporting individuals with complex histories and needs.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming, with a focus on creating a safe space where individuals feel understood, respected, and supported to make meaningful change.
