Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you are coming for the first time. It’s my job to make it easy for you to open up, by asking questions about your life and what you want to get out of therapy. The pace of the work will always be guided by you, so it is manageable.
As an integrative therapist, I am able to draw on several therapeutic approaches to tailor our work so it is geared to support you. I have over seven years of experience of working with clients in a variety of settings including the NHS, the voluntary sector, as well as in my private practice.
My qualification is a five-year UKCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. In addition, I have undertaken specialist training in Couples/Relationship Therapy at The Grove.
I charge £80 for 50 minute sessions.
