Whether you’re going through something difficult right now or feeling ready to deal with something you’ve been carrying for a long time, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on, work through it at your own pace, and create healthier ways of thinking, responding and doing things.
I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, offering short and long-term therapy as well as one-off sessions and consultations for those who typically have longstanding difficulties they are ready to work on.
Alongside working with individuals, I also specialise in couples and relationship therapy.
I’m a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience. As well as private practice, I’ve worked in higher education and with people navigating workplace challenges, particularly around fairness, identity and inclusion. These all go to inform my understanding of the different pressures and challenges people bring.
I don’t follow a fixed method. Instead, I take a flexible, collaborative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to find what genuinely helps you, with an awareness of how past experiences, including trauma, can affect how we feel and cope today.
Let’s start the conversation. Get in touch – I’m always happy to have an initial chat or arrange a consultation.
