Sometimes in our lives we face difficulties. Perhaps you experience feeling overwhelmed, traumatised by issues of the past, suffering from relationship issues, anxiety or just need a space to process your experiences, then I’m the one for you. I work in a manner that provides you with acceptance, empowerment and warmth. You and I will work collaboratively at your own pace and timings. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I will be that support that you need in order to make sense of your issues I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a graduate of The Grove Couples/Relationships Therapy course and offer ‘conjoint couples therapy’ with Michelle Augustin Whittaker, a respected friend and colleague. She is also a person-centred counsellor and couples/relationship therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
