I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist offering a warm, supportive space for individuals and couples. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship and family issues, psychosexual concerns, and exploring gender and sexuality.
I have a particular passion for supporting people facing relationship challenges. If you’re dealing with communication difficulties, tension, recurring arguments, struggles around intimacy, or feeling misunderstood, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment to explore what’s happening and work towards healthier patterns of connection.
My approach is sex-positive, inclusive, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship styles. Whether you are in a traditional partnership, navigating non-monogamy, exploring your sexuality or gender, or facing changes in a long-term relationship, therapy can provide clarity and support. Together, we look at how early experiences, attachment patterns, and core beliefs may be shaping your relationships today and work towards deeper understanding, empathy, and emotional resilience.
I am a trauma- and attachment-informed therapist, drawing on psychological theory and evidence-based practice. Mindfulness is a central thread in my work, not only a therapeutic tool but a way of life that informs how I relate to the world and the people I support.
