Practitioner Statement

I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and a Senior Accredited member of both BACP and NCPS. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, psychosexual issues, and questions around gender and sexuality.

I have a particular passion for supporting people experiencing relationship challenges. Whether you are struggling with communication, recurring conflict, emotional distance, intimacy concerns, or feeling misunderstood, therapy can provide a space to explore what is happening and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating. Together, we can work towards greater understanding, connection, and resilience.

My practice is sex-positive, inclusive, and affirming of diverse identities, sexualities, and relationship structures. I welcome clients in traditional and non-traditional relationships, including those exploring non-monogamy, gender identity, sexual orientation, or navigating changes within long-term partnerships. I aim to create an environment where all aspects of your experience can be explored safely and openly.

As a trauma- and attachment-informed therapist, I draw on psychological theory and evidence-based practice to support meaningful and lasting change. I am particularly interested in how early experiences, attachment patterns, and core beliefs influence our relationships and emotional wellbeing. Mindfulness is a central thread throughout my work—not only as a therapeutic approach, but as a way of being that informs how I engage with and support my clients.

Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move towards the life and relationships you want.
