I have practised Somatic Trauma Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy across Sussex in Brighton and Lewes since 2003, including 12 years in a residential hospital within the NHS. I combine touch and talk based approaches to help my clients to develop a deeper physical presence so they can feel more comfortable in their own skin. My training includes Somatic (body oriented) and Psychosexual perspectives and focusses on recovery from trauma and addiction. I am fascinated by the human body, the psychology of health and how people can recover and grow following difficult and overwhelming moments in their lives.
I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with both the Craniosacral Therapy Association in the UK, the BCTA in North America (where I am also accredited as an approved teacher) and also through the IABT. I previously taught on Craniosacral Therapy practitioner trainings across Europe, North America and the Middle East for over a decade. I work with individual adults in-person from my clinic spaces in Brighton and Lewes.
