Hi, my name is Ana and I’m a London-based integrative therapist with experience supporting adults through trauma and abuse.
My practice is centred on creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and validated. We would work together at a pace that feels comfortable, exploring the impact of your experiences and how you’ve coped so far, helping to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment. My style is empathic, relational and non-judgmental. I see you as the expert in your own life, and offer support, honesty and compassion to help you make sense of your experiences and move forward in an authentic way.
My background is in the charity sector, working with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse of all genders. I’ve supported clients from diverse backgrounds around trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, anger, shame, self-harm and suicidality, disordered eating and body image issues, as well as relationship difficulties including around sex, sexuality and intimacy.
In addition to my core counselling training, I’ve completed CPD in trauma work and a Certificate in Couple/Relationship Therapy.
I am a BACP-registered therapist offering short- and long-term therapy for individuals and couples, both online and in person.
