
I often work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed or hard on themselves. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients. A lot of my work explores how we relate to ourselves. The tone of our inner voice. The expectations we carry. The pressure we put on ourselves without even noticing. These patterns shape how we move through the world, and therapy can be a place to gently understand and shift them.
My approach is warm, curious and collaborative. I am interested in the patterns that keep you stuck and the stories you have learned to tell yourself. I also focus on what becomes possible when you begin to relate to yourself with more compassion.
Qualifications and experience:
My clinical experience includes work in the NHS, low cost therapy services and private practice. I have also written and delivered courses and workshops on mental health and wellbeing for a range of organisations.
