I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering individual and couples therapy in Rickmansworth (WD3), near Watford, as well as online. I work with adults aged 18+ who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, or the impact of trauma.

Alongside general counselling, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which are effective, evidence-based approaches for issues such as PTSD, panic attacks, OCD, and intrusive thoughts. I integrate these methods with a warm, relational style of therapy to create a safe space for reflection and change.

My experience includes supporting clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, including students, professionals, parents, and expatriates facing adjustment challenges. I have particular interest in helping with anxiety disorders, relationship and family-related issues, low mood, Trauma and the effects of past abuse.
