I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over twenty years’ experience supporting clients with mood difficulties, trauma, dissociation, functional neurological disorder (FND), and the challenges associated with neurodivergence (ND). I have worked in primary care, neuropsychiatry, education, and private practice with children, adolescents, and adults.
I spent many years at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and South London & Maudsley, providing integrated care for clients whose difficulties span both mind and body. When needed, I collaborate with psychiatrists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
I have a strong clinical interest in neurodivergence—including ADHD and Autism—and offer strengths-based, tailored support to help clients navigate environments not designed with their needs in mind. This includes managing sensory and emotional overwhelm, executive-functioning challenges, persistent physical symptoms, and the medical or developmental trauma that may accompany ND and FND.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), within a humanistic foundation. I am also training as an energy psychotherapist, incorporating mind-body methods to support deeper emotional processing and resilience.
You can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and practical approach focused on meaningful, sustained change while building tools that continue to support you long after therapy ends.
