I’m a UKCP registered Psychotherapist working in private practice in Bristol and online. Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked with vulnerable people in the public sector for several years. This was most notably in the fields of Mental Health, Homelessness and Substance Misuse but often included working with survivors of Trauma, Abuse and Sexual & Domestic Violence. This led me to complete a Masters degree in Integrative & Humanistic Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), accredited by Middlesex University.

During my seven years of training, I gained experience working as a Sexual Trauma Counsellor and School Counsellor, as well as offering Psychotherapy to adults via my private practice in East Bristol. Post qualifying I have moved further into the specialist field of trauma, completing a Trauma Therapy Diploma with the Grove, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) Provider training and Gestalt Groupwork Facilitation with the Gestalt Centre.
