I am a qualified psychotherapist, clinical sexologist and relationship therapist, working with adults and couples in private practice. I offer a warm, respectful and non judgemental space where clients can speak openly about what feels difficult, confusing or painful in their lives and relationships. My approach is collaborative and tailored, shaped by your needs rather than a one size fits all model.
I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and registered with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and couples and practise from an affirmative, inclusive perspective. Areas I commonly support include relationship and intimacy difficulties, sexual concerns, identity exploration, coming out, non monogamous and polyamorous relationships, kink and fetish practices, compulsive sexual behaviours, chemsex recovery, and the impact of shame and trauma on self worth and connection.
Alongside my clinical work, I am a qualified clinical supervisor and work with trainee and qualified therapists. I have experience across NHS, community and university counselling services, which informs my practice today.
Additional qualifications include specialist training in psychosexual and relationship therapy, clinical supervision, and trauma informed practice.
