The therapeutic relationship is, in my humble opinion, the healing balm. It is where a safe space is created, to enable you to be who you really are and grow toward the best version of yourself. I have always been drawn toward exploring where different cultures meet and to better understand through listening. I believe this is also the case in clinical supervision, because we as therapists are our own best resource. Over the years I have worked nationally in various contexts, such as the charitable sector, higher education, and the NHS.
