I’m a trauma informed counsellor who is passionate about supporting adults with anxiety and trauma, especially when this has a negative impact on how they relate to themselves and their loved ones.

Through trauma-informed counselling, I provide a supportive space where you can gain a better understanding of the impacts of trauma, how to manage these symptoms and, if wanted, process these past experiences.

Approaches such as EFT Tapping, Trauma Focused CBT and the Rewind Technique can be used to help you process memories and emotions in a safe and manageable way.

By working together, we can:

  • Help you to gain a better understanding of your current challenges and find a positive way forward.
  • Identify the background and triggers for your thoughts and feelings.
  • Give you the opportunity to explore and process difficult emotions and help you to become unstuck from your current situation.
  • Help you in identifying and changing self-destructive behaviour patterns.
