I am a third-year Trainee Counselling Psychologist completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and I also work as an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I am registered with the BABCP and hold professional memberships with the BPS. Alongside my training, I have several years of experience delivering high-intensity CBT within NHS, private, and charitable settings.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, trauma-related difficulties, health anxiety, OCD-related traits, and challenges linked to work stress and life transitions. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and compassionate, drawing primarily on CBT while integrating elements of ACT, schema-focused work, compassion-focused and psychosexual approaches where helpful.
I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and other marginalised groups, and I aim to provide an affirming, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. Being part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work. I am also sex-positive and experienced in working with diverse relationship structures, including non-monogamy.
Above all, I value working collaboratively, helping clients make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and move towards a life that feels meaningful and manageable for them.
