Practitioner Statement

I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and trauma sensitive yoga facilitator (TCTSY). Using these approaches in combination, as is appropriate for each client individually, I work to help clients to find peace and connection with their mind and body. Sessions are offered online and in Newark-on-Trent.

I work with a range of clients, many of whom often come to me with experience of talking therapy that hasn’t quite shifted their symptoms and experiences of trauma that have changed the way they see the world and themselves.

As a clinical supervisor, I also facilitate spaces for other practitioners to reflect on their work.
