I offer professional expertise in a warm and relaxed setting and base my approach on your individual needs so that your therapy is always tailored to you.

I use a range of psychotherapy and specialist trauma techniques to work with people who have experienced trauma in their lives. Symptoms of trauma are wide and can vary from flashbacks and nightmares to anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours and phobias. I will work with you to heal your trauma and reduce or end your symptoms.

I also offer hypnotherapy combined with counselling, mentoring and coaching to help with:

• Bereavement and loss
• Pain management
• Sleep problems
• Stopping smoking and other unhelpful habits
• Weight management

I trained with The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and qualified in 2013.
I have a Diploma in Trauma Therapy and am a qualified practitioner in IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – often called tapping).

I am a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and The National Society for Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (which is a professional member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy).

As part of professional and ethical practice, I have ongoing clinical supervision with a UKCP registered supervisor.
