Practitioner Statement

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or have a sense that something is not quite right, even if it is hard to put into words. You may be struggling in relationships, going through a period in life that feels difficult to navigate, or noticing yourself reacting in ways that do not feel like you, without fully understanding why.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can pause and make sense of what is going on, at a pace that feels manageable.

I am a UKCP-accredited transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, Trauma Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST) certified, ADHD certified, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with adults experiencing anxiety, difficulties in relationships, and those facing major life challenges.

I specialise in working with trauma, ADHD, and the impact of boarding school, as well as supporting people through life challenges. This includes how early relationships and attachment patterns can continue to shape how you feel about yourself and relate to others.

I am here to walk by your side, not tell you where to go. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself more clearly, so that change can emerge in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
