I am a registered humanistic integrative counsellor (MBACP) and a senior accredited executive, life and therapeutic coach. (EMCC).

I work with individuals, couples and families and I help them flourish in their relationship with themselves and others.

I offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment in which clients can reflect on what has brought them to the session. This process enables them to explore what may be hindering their psychological well-being and empowers them on their path toward growth, balance, and fulfilment.

My counselling approach centres on clients’ unique potential for growth and fulfilment. Rooted in a holistic and creative philosophy, it supports them in unblocking disruptions to psychological well-being and fostering strength, clarity, and choice in the present moment. I draw from a blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ individual needs. When they are ready to focus on specific goals, I integrate coaching tools to complement our work together.
