I offer integrative, relational supervision to individual therapists, small groups, and organisations. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and existential thinking, with a focus on the therapeutic and supervisory relationship. I aim to support supervisees in developing clinical sensitivity, ethical clarity, and confidence in their own voice and judgment. Supervision with me is a collaborative space where you can bring uncertainty, complexity, and challenge without fear of being judged or managed.
I work with both trainees and experienced practitioners, adapting to different levels of need, training backgrounds, and ways of working. This might include thinking through difficult client dynamics, managing risk, navigating endings, or revisiting core questions about your practice.
For organisations, I offer external supervision and reflective practice both individually and in groups to support staff in emotionally demanding roles. These sessions provide a consistent space for processing the psychological demands of frontline work, exploring team dynamics, and maintaining professional boundaries.
