just as an acorn develops into an oak.

As such, we are all predisposed to grow, to flourish, to feel good and here at oak tree therapies, my aim is to work with you as we seek to discover what you need…and use the tools we have to help you live life the way you choose.

I am an integrative therapist who works with all forms of mental health issues presented above, and serves relationships, families and adults. I offer relationship therapist, provide EMDR therapy, Ego state therapy, and BECK certified CBT clinician, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, counselling and offer holistic therapies so to be able to adapt to what is needed to help you find a better way forwards.
