Most of us have difficult times in our lives, perhaps with relationships or health, times we feel stuck or that something’s not working. We may struggle expressing who we are, or feel life’s lost its meaning. Almost certainly there’ll be times of loss. We may know why we’re struggling or may not understand. Having someone to talk things over with and who can explore ways forward with us, can really help at these times.
I work with clients to build a relationship where it’s possible to talk about issues which may be difficult to address and to investigate ways forward. This includes working with those wanting to increase wellbeing, joy and pleasure in their lives and relationships. I see individuals and couples at my practice at Angel Islington and online.
I’m a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and have been practicing in North London for thirty years. I recently trained in Psychosexual Therapy at the Grove (CORST level 5) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level 1) and have considerable experience working with heterosexual and LGBT clients, couples and those in diverse relationships, as well as with neurodiversity.
Please get in touch if you’d like a call or initial session to explore working together.
