I am an experienced psychotherapist working in private practice and the NHS.
I trained in person-centred, integrative, humanistic and existential approaches and can tailor therapy sessions to meet different needs. I offer a service to anyone struggling with the meaning and direction of their lives.
I have particular experience of working with people who live with chronic health conditions, those facing life-changing diagnoses, as well as individuals experiencing loss and bereavement, anxiety and depression. I currently work in a psycho-oncology and palliative care team in a large NHS hospital.
I am committed to ongoing training and supervision of my work and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
