I am an experienced counsellor with over 10 years’ experience working in both private practice and low-cost agencies.

In recent years, I have developed a particular focus on supporting adults and young people who have, or are exploring, an ADHD diagnosis. I have completed specialist ADHD training at the Grove with Dr Kustow, alongside further training in ADHD and neurodivergence.

I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over, offering support with a wide range of life concerns. My approach is relational, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I will listen carefully to what matters most to you and work alongside you at your own pace.

In addition to my counselling work, I am a qualified supervisor.

I offer sessions both in person from my private office and online.
