As an accredited member of BACP, I originally qualified as an Integrative Therapist and later pursued further studies and qualified as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (MSc). I now work with adolescents and with adults across a wide range of presenting issues.
Additionally, I qualified as an Integrative Supervisor for Individuals and Groups, which further enhanced my practice.
Throughout my career as therapist, I worked in a variety of settings such as in the NHS, primary and secondary schools, counselling agency and in private practice. In all these roles I have provided a supportive, non-judgemental environment with the firm belief that everyone has the ability to change, although sometimes we need a helping hand to make it happen. I support my clients through their therapeutic journey by providing a tailor-made approach.
