I trained over seven years at The Minster Centre on courses accredited by BACP and UKCP. This training was integrative, combining elements from several therapeutic models: psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and body-based. My practice is also informed by contemporary ideas in attachment theory and the relational school of psychoanalysis.
Since qualification, I have completed training in Couple / Relationship Therapy (accredited by COSRT) and am passionate about working with people to heal, strengthen and enliven their relationships. I am equipped to help not only romantic partners and spouses, but also siblings, friends and business partners, as well as parents and their adult children.
I have undertaken further brief trainings on issues relating to the climate crisis and to the menopause transition and have also completed post-graduate level research on fathering and the transition to fatherhood.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
